I established the company in 2006 when I found myself wanting to reach for new levels of creativity and hands-on work. While striving to reach this goal I was hired as a full-time installation and service manager for one of North America’s premier high-end cabinet manufacturers. My work took me across Canada and U.S., completing many award-winning and high-profile jobs.  

Looking to expand further into the whole home construction of the job, I moved to become a Superintendent to better learn the ins and outs of the entire home build. During which, I completed courses with the Ministry of Affairs and Housing to gain a thorough knowledge of the Ontario Building code. 

In 2018, I joined a local, truly innovative, custom cabinet designer striving to expand her business into the renovation market. The venture was a total success and we completed many amazing home transformations. We supplied complete project management of all trades from: demolition, structural alterations, interior finishes, cabinet supply, install, trim, and paint. For every job we ensured to put the white glove treatment in every aspect and completed the project with a duct clean and contracted cleaners to ensure our clients never had to lift a finger to help get their project ready for everyday life.  

Through these experiences, I have helped other companies establish themselves and create a well-known and respected brand. With these same business morals and ethics, it is time to focus on building the Henne Construction & Consulting brand. Our services and trades are 2nd to none. All fully licensed, insured, and well established, they encompass the highest quality of workmanship.
