In 2006, I founded Henne Construction & Consulting driven by a passion for creativity and hands-on work. My journey started as a full-time installation and service manager with one of North America’s premier high-end cabinet manufacturers, where I traveled across Canada and the U.S., contributing to award-winning and high-profile projects.
Seeking to expand my knowledge of the entire home-building process, I transitioned to the role of Superintendent, allowing me to further develop my expertise in home construction. I also pursued education with the Ministry of Affairs and Housing to gain a thorough understanding of Ontario’s Building Code, strengthening my skills as a general contractor.
In 2018, I joined forces with an innovative custom cabinet designer looking to expand into the renovation market. Together, we achieved remarkable success, completing transformative home projects while overseeing every detail—from demolition and structural alterations to interior finishes, cabinet installation, trim work, and painting. We ensured a “white glove” approach to every job, including duct cleaning and contracted cleaners, so our clients never had to lift a finger.
